Job Description
Lead daily lab operations, supervise technical staff, ensure accurate and timely testing, enforce quality, CLIA/CAP compliance and biosafety. Manage equipment, inventory, procurement, optimize workflows and turnaround times, coordinate with clinicians and administration, oversee data reporting and metrics, and develop staff training. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Medical Laboratory Science or related field, 5+ years clinical lab experience including 2+ years supervisory, leadership, accreditation knowledge, problem-solving and strong communication skills.
