We are hiring a Hospital Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients at a reputable Ogba, Lagos State hospital. You will greet patients and visitors, manage inquiries, complaints, and appointments, maintain accurate patient records, and coordinate with medical and administrative teams. Requirements: OND/HND or equivalent; previous customer service or hospital experience preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional appearance and positive attitude.
