Job Description
Job Summary: The Admin Assistant will support the smooth operation of Zain Garment Factory by handling order tracking, customer communication, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: – Record incoming orders and customer details.
– Maintain an order tracking system.
– Communicate with customers.
– Coordinate with Production Manager and Sales Lead.
– Prepare invoices and payment reminders.
– Organize files and documents.
– Assist with scheduling and ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications: Administrative experience preferred, excellent communication skills, and basic computer skills required.
