Job Description
Zee Express Procurement and Logistics Limited, a leading courier and logistics company in Lagos, Nigeria, is hiring an Assistant Customer Service Representative as part of the NYSC program. This contract position is based in Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing customer accounts.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain relationships with clients and courier services.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve issues effectively.
- Quote shipments and arrange deliveries.
- Multitask and utilize software programs.
Requirements: Corp members aged 20-25 with strong communication skills.
Salary: N65,00 – N70,00 Monthly.
