Job Description
Zeenoo Creative Media Ltd. seeks an experienced Operational Manager to lead daily operations at our Emene, Enugu facility (sub-contracted role; recruiter only). You will oversee workflows, implement SOPs, manage budgets, lead supervisors and frontline teams, monitor KPIs, coordinate logistics, and drive process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma familiarity preferred). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 4 years operations experience in Nigeria with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to work onsite with occasional travel. Full-time position; monthly salary ₦150,00. Hands-on role offering growth and measurable impact.
