Job Description
Zhuli Recruiters, serving start-ups, seeks a Quality Assurance Officer in Lagos. The QA Officer evaluates customer service interactions, conducts data-driven assessments, produces performance and customer insight reports, participates in calibration sessions, and coaches agents to improve service quality and customer experience. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or a related field, with 2–3 years in quality assessment or call center roles. Fluency in Hausa and Yoruba, strong listening and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint are required. The ideal candidate adapts to change and manages priorities effectively.
