Job Description
Zilt Investment Limited is seeking a meticulous and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Ibadan, Oyo State. The successful candidate will manage all cost aspects of construction projects, ensuring budget compliance and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates, conduct feasibility studies, monitor project costs, negotiate contracts, manage progress claims, and provide cost advice throughout the project.
Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of construction methods, proficiency in quantity surveying software, and excellent communication skills.
Salary: NGN 75,00 – 150,00. Easy Apply.
