Job Description
Zylus Group seeks a Group Chief Operating Officer (Full-time) to drive execution of group strategy across Real Estate, Financial Services, and Support Services subsidiaries. You will establish and monitor group-wide KPIs and dashboards, strengthen governance and regulatory compliance across regulated entities, lead operational risk management and process optimization, and support project delivery, service quality, and cost optimization. Champion digital transformation, systems integration, and automation. Provide operational oversight, coach and manage subsidiary Managing Directors and Heads of Operations, and represent the Group in regulatory matters and external forums.
