Job Description
Join Hadi Finance as an Entry-Level Field Officer in Abuja. You will onboard informal traders, support inventory financing cycles, monitor repayments, promote savings via our app, and build strong market relationships. This field-based role includes one week of supervised on-field training. Requirements: NCE/OND, resident in the assigned cluster, basic smartphone literacy, good communication, honesty, and willingness to learn. Full-time salary ₦90,00–₦150,00/month plus performance commissions, incentives, and promotion opportunities every three months. Grow with a fast-moving fintech while helping small businesses succeed.
