Job Description
Part-time (10–15 hrs/week), hybrid (remote & field) in Abeokuta. Pay ₦100,00/month plus performance bonuses. Responsibilities: recruit and onboard riders, activate vendors, drive customer acquisition and repeat orders, run local marketing and influencer campaigns, manage field interns, and track basic growth and operations metrics. Requirements: 1–4 years in operations, marketing, logistics, sales, or business development; startup or field-team experience a plus; strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently in the field. Must be based in or regularly work in Abeokuta.
