Job Description

Ronniex Cakes & Events seeks a creative, detail-oriented Edible Sugar Florist (Full-time) to design and craft realistic edible sugar flowers and decorative elements for cakes. You will support cake styling for weddings, celebrations, and special events, ensuring artistic consistency, food-safe techniques, and timely delivery. Strong hand-sculpting, color blending, and working knowledge of gum paste, fondant, and edible paints required. Ability to manage multiple orders, collaborate with the cake team, and maintain our high-quality standards is essential.
